I am very upset with the costumer service of this specific T-mobile store, I have never in my 4 years with T-mobile had an experience like this until now. Jose Pulido did a horrible job with providing me the costumer I deserve, he canceled my claim without my consent. He did not take the time to try and help resolve my issue but instead walked to the back and never came back out.

Jose Pulido was rude and was so unprofessional and didnt want he deal with my claim he just canceled it , luckily I called customer service now they are helping me

T-Mobile is our cell service and I would recommend them. I just wish their phones weren't so expensive. I'm an old guy and I don't like to spend money

I always enjoy my time spent in this T Mobile location. Thank you to all staff especially Peet for helping me get my new phone within such a timely manner! I definitely recommend this location!

I was having trouble transferring my data from my old phone to my new total different phone. I was very frustrated because of it. Peet was such a sweetheart! He took his time to explain how my new phone works. I had gone to two other T-Mobile stores and I could not get the help to finish transferring my phone data. Thank you for having such nice people working for your company! Happy holidays
