The food here was not good. The service was slow and the waitress was rude. We asked three times for a basket of bread that never came. My food was over cooked. When I told the waitress all she said was "sorry". And after all that, we waited about 20 minutes for our check, after asking for it twice. Overall, it was not a good experience and I hated paying for the bad food and double helping of attitude. I will not be going back.

Saw these reviews and decided to check it out myself (and brought plenty of reading material).
I gave my order to the waitress at 12:31PM. My order didn't arrive until 12:56PM. 25 minutes is a pretty long time to wait for a chicken parmesan sandwich.
The table sitting next to me also waited about 25 minutes for their food.
That being said, the sandwich and the fries were pretty good. The atmosphere is also pretty nice and clean.
Bottom line: If you don't mind the wait, the food is pretty good and it's a generally pleasant restaurant.
Addendum:
I've been back to this restaurant about 5 times since my first review. Each time I've been back, the service has been reasonably fast, so I think that first bad experience was the exception. I've been going during the lunch rush, and I feel like the service is about as fast as most other sit-down restaurants I've been to. The sandwiches are DELICIOUS! Their turkey pesto ciabatta is my favorite.
