DeJan helped me greatly today. I came in with an authentication two-step problem but left saving money on my bill as he pointed out that my old plan could be improved. He spent a lot of quality time with me and patiently went through my options.
I can't stress enough how different this was to every other visit I've made to other cell phone stores. He was polite, knowledgeable and very patient helping me get through and understanding of the different costs available to me and clearly pointing out the differences. One of the best service experiences I've had since the beginning of COVID anywhere! Some interactions improve your belief in your fellow humans and this was one of them! Thank you, DeJan!
