        I have been working with coach Mitchell for about two months and I have already seen amazing results. I have been training consistently for years, have lost about 20lbs in the past two, and somehow managed to drop another ten since I have been with him. The numbers on the scale are really irrelevant compared to the way I feel!! I feel stronger than I've ever been, I never thought I could make the progress he has helped me to make. He is super knowledgeable and always so accommodating to all of his clients. I'm so glad I found coach, he has helped me to make another transformation I never would have been able to achieve without him.
