      image We have been with fred loya insurance for many years  me and my son,  never a day late in payment. Last week a car crush into my sons SUV , filed police report, driver got arrested for DUI, filled a claim. To this date  a week later, no action done nobody has even look at my son SUV for estimate.  We called the claims department,  they said no one is coming until a couple of weeks from today. WHAT!!! ,no rental provided. SO PLEASE IF U HAVE INSURANCE THROUGH FRED LOYA INSURANCE,, CANCEL IMMEDIATELY.  I WILL REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.  THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.  No Star deserved. It gets worst.  Called a few auto body shops.  They don't want to take my car because I have fred Loya for insurance.  Auto body shop said they don't want to pay right.
