From the moment that I contacted Cham for a repurchase home inspection everything was smooth and professional. Great communication, competitive price and flexibility in schedule.
Cham's inspection was VERY thorough and allowed us to negotiate a significant price reduction on the purchase.
I'm a stickler and do not often give 100% satisfaction reviews, but I will in this case! Book him!

Highly recommend Cham for a home inspection. His report was thorough and exactly what a buyer is looking for when buying a property. I wanted to use someone outside of the realtor recommendation and Cham fit the bill perfectly. He was professional, responsive, and pointed out what the important issues were. Will hire again if the need arrises.
