        I called this morning for assistance on a attempt delivery issue and the person i spoke to, her name is lily was excellent in customer service and knowledgeable.

        Needed to send a package, missed a small bit in sealing it shut and saw their tape gun on the counter. I asked if they could use a small piece to finish sealing what I overlooked, they charged me $1.00 for a 6" or so piece of packing tape. Go team. I went here on a different occasion and was told that the package I was trying to ship couldn't be received by them because the driver dictates what they will and will not pick up and the driver would not take this. It was still in it's OEM box, unopened, within a plastic seal as it was shipped to me. It was suggested that I could buy packaging and when I declined I was told I could go to another store "to see if they are more lenient" which I then translated to: "you mean with better customer service". So I left, stopped at another UPS location and they took the package no problem. A lot of firsts at this McGowen UPS store, but won't be going there anymore as I have found out that all stores are truly different when it comes to customer service and sometimes it's worth driving further and out of your way to get better service.
