        Terrible! Absolutely unprofessional. I took an appointment only after confirmation that they can do RCT, as usual they said yes and charged me upfront for Crown and told that they would revisit whether RCT is needed or not. After one week they told we need 3 weeks extra to get the tooth and if you want RCT to be done you can go to other doctor. When I asked for refund they say it will take 15 working days that even after $340/- deduction. I didn't get my RCT done, lost my money and time. What a shame!

        I love Newport Dental. Office workers always deal with my insurance and let me know exactly where I stand with payments. The staff is amazing and kind. I actually enjoy going to the dentist.

        The staff was amazing.... the actual dentist I had was ok.... she wasn't horribly bad but not great. The facility needs some work, especially after the major rain storm we had. I definitely would recommend Newport dental and I'm personally coming back.
