Being first time home buyers in a competitive market was very intimidating but Judith guided us with extreme patience and skill. We are very thankful to have worked with Judith and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Recently, Judith represented me during the purchase of my home. I have never met an agent who has so much positive energy and Can Do attitude. Judith made the entire transaction go very smoothly. Stayed on top of all moving parts, communicated well and always had my back. If I ever have any real estate needs, she is the one I would be calling. 5 stars for Judith!!

Working with Judith Vandsburger was wonderful! She was an excellent guide in home selling. She was always available and she was very knowledgable. She made the whole process very easy, and she was personally there through most of it. I definitely think that she was able to help us get the most for our home!

We sold our home:))) Receiving the listing for our house was not an easy task. Even though we met Judith two years ago we still had her go through an interview process along with 2 other realtors. We chose Judith due to several reasons: she had great knowledge on the current and crazy real estate market, she had a marketing plan that included home staging, photos, video, and she provided us evidence and metrics so that we can price our home on the market accordingly. Judith was very professional. Our particular situation with selling our house required tact and finesse and I was constantly emailing Judith with questions!! She communicated with us her professional opinions regarding the transaction of our home, however, she also carried out our wishes on how we were to proceed with the transaction. Often times this can be a difficult balancing act for any professional, however, what we can say is, "Judith EXECUTED THE PLAN" that exceeded our expectations! There are a lot of realtors to choose from. If you are looking to buy or sell your home with ease and efficiency you owe it to yourselves to at least interview Judith. Judith will keep it "REAL" with you:)))
