Hertz Car Rental - Modesto Municipal HLE

Horrible service! They allowed a 430 pm pick up time online when they actually closed at 430 pm. I ended up giving my business to enterprise and will inform my company of this poor service as my company uses car rentals quite a bit!

Vehicles are not even ready even with reservations. Waited over an hr after I paid to get the vehicle. People who came after us to rent were leaving before us. Ridiculous wait and no apologies for keeping us behind schedule.

This place is ridiculous worst customer service ever promised me a car showed it to me washed it and cleaned it I waited time to rent and they said no because I think I didnt pay extra for my insurance $31 a day for insurance when I refuse the insurance because I have full coverage on all my cars they said they couldnt run it to me waste of time spent over an hour there seriously do not waste your time going to the airport Ive rented cars before from HertzAnd had no problems on McHenry Avenue do not go to the airport they suck
