The Napa Inn & Spa

Our stay at the Napa Inn and Spa was wonderful. We stayed in the Turrett room and it was beautiful. The bathtub was large and comfy :) Breakfast was very good. We also took advantage of scheduling a massage and they did a great job. Woukd definitely stay here again! Conveniently to walk to many places for drinks and dinner.

I left two messages for Napa Inn and Spa. They are unprofessional in that they never called back. As I looked closer at other reviews, this I do not seem to be the only one to experience this lack of service. I am very disappointed.

Thank you for a great wedding night! Madaline's Suite was a perfect way for us to start off as Mr. & Mrs. Napa Inn is conveniently located near downtown. Staff is friendly. Randy the manager helped set up our room and make it special for when we arrived. Breakfast the next day was tasty! We will have to return for our Anniversary. Best wishes to everyone at the Inn. Rooms: I picked The Napa Inn & Spa because they had a couples' bathtub in the room. Also, the Madaline Suite was sunny and happy--nice foreshadow for our future! Nearby activities: Downtown Napa restaurants and shops. Walkability: One can easily walk to downtown Napa to enjoy restaurants and shops. Noteworthy details: Being locals, Randy the manager allowed me to drop off our overnight bags so we could focus on our wedding details. Breakfast is as good as the ratings say.
