*UPDATE* of course, after a generic response from the company, I reached out by email as requested and never heard back. Truly would avoid this place at all costs. Really bummed about our stay here. Paid extra to have rooms next to each other. Was told at check-in they didnt have the 2nd room we booked (months ago). Instead of a refund, we got multiple charges on our card that had to be disputed at checkout, a minuscule room credit & rooms at opposite ends of the hotel (NO refund for the extra fee's paid to have rooms right next to each other). Issues with the rooms; - fridge had quite a bit of mold growing in it. - an outlet had an exposed prong that shocked our pregnant friend while she was curling her hair, leaving a small mark on her wrist. - staff member woke us up around 11pm banging on doors with bedding while yelling into a walkie-talkie. we didnt ask for bedding. We were given $100 in credits to use that day due to the rooms (we paid extra for) not being available. When we called all the restaurants on site that we were told we could use the credit at, they said they werent seating anymore (Friday night at 8) & wouldn't let us do takeout. We ended up ordering room service; the food that came I wouldnt even feed to a dog. Was difficult to plan our evening after constantly being given conflicting information by staff members. Also both hot tubs were out of commission, one being broken and the other part of construction which isnt that big of a deal but would have been nice to know before we all changed and got down there. I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but it was egregious. The views are beautiful, but would not recommend to anyone coming to visit Napa. Food & drinks: Absolutely terrible. Noteworthy details: Would not recommend a stay here.

It's like getting back together with a former flame - it's decently comfortable and somewhat reasonably priced, and then after a night you realize why you broke up in the first place. It's just a solid plan B when places with more charm or more luxury are priced at peak rates. Designed like a high-end mall trattoria it comes off as straight from the '90's. The $10 parking fee is pretty absurd, and really an affront at the last part of the check in process. Doesn't the $40 daily resort fee include parking? Perhaps the owners are hoping to upgrade some of their personal wine allocations. Didn't check it out this time but relatively small pool...
