Their scheduled calls isnt complicated to set up , but an inconvenience like what happened to just answering phone calls I have to setup an appointment I get it but society is getting so disconnected. The interface is a calendar but seems like everyday is a busy day geez I hear good things but Ill skip the scheduling maybe they are good but like they seem kinda busy maybe a smaller business and it might be worth a try I havent even got my taxes done with them but the calendar turned me off

Nova tax is really great. They care about their customers. I learned of them from my elderly uncle who has used them for a number of years. Knowledgeable, friendly and put the effort to help him get all his paperwork in order. I would go back to them.

We've been using Nova Tax for the last few years. We've only had good experiences that left us feeling confident that everything was done correctly. The staff is always very kind and welcoming. Tami, the owner, has been phenomenal over the last couple of months as we've had some huge life changes. She's incredibly knowledgeable! She has happily answered all of my questions during every phone call. As long as we continue to file taxes in California, we will continue to use Nova Tax!!
