This review is only for their appointment system. I have been using Aladdin for 5 years, and today is the SECOND time of no-show no-call. I got an email and text informing me there was a scheduled appointment from 11 am to 2 pm, so I stayed home and waited, and no one called or showed up. When I called the company at 2 pm, the representative told me the appointment was cancelled the same day it was made. I was never informed (email, call, or text) of cancellation. I never made the appointment, but since I am on their maintenance program, I thought Aladdin was being proactive in scheduling maintenance appointments. She said someone named "Eric" called to cancel. Please get your act together and stop wasting my time. A doctor's office is more professional than this dumpster fire.

Salvador did a super job servicing our AC and furnace. Very knowledgeable about our systems and helpful with my questions.

Sean, Vincent, and Ricardo installed new ducts and were fantastic! Efficient, tidy, respectful, and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better install team!! Just awesome!
