    I had a super terrible experience working with the US Bank and Joe on a refinance. 7 months ago the bank reached out promising a lower rate, so we started the application. After spending a lot of time preparing the documents as well as paying for the appraisal, Joe said their policy has changed, and since then the process has gone nowhere. I keep sending emails to him, and getting a response every time that things are moving, but never heard back. Recently he just disappeared. I feel they just don't want to commit to the rate we locked. It was a waste of our 7 months... Don't work with him and the US Bank!

    Rude and not helpful at all. Will not be back to this branch. Refused to assist me and told me I needed to be a member in order receive the service I required... which I am.

    The bank manage helped me get my money out of my account after it was closed.  I was very upset and she went out of her way to call me and set up a time for me to come in and complete the transaction.  Very grateful for the service.  Both from manager and from her staff.  I still have my father's stuff to sort out, but i got the us embassy seal for the death certificate and trust everything will go smoothly when time comes to complete that transaction as well.

    After some serious thought Ive concluded that I no longer need US Banks services.. My bank account got restricted because my address was outdated. It will take a month for my next phone bill and credit card bill to update my address since I only recently moved. This pandemic has been truly a burden to me and Ive had to move twice. I was homeless in between. This comes with a serious consideration regarding micro aggression and heres why I came to the conclusion: The fact that more people of color have been displaced from their homes and had to move yet is still being disregarded by US Banks security team very telling. Ive done everything I could to prove who I am yet US bank still denies me access to my own money. It is baffling to say the least but it should not come to a surprise at this point knowing how this country treat people of color. PEOPLE OF COLOR BEWARE- ESPECIALLY THOSE COMING BACK ON THEIR FEET. THEY DONT LIKE US
