This is one of the best financial institution whether in the measure of quality of staff and product! Danielle is a lady who helped me out with late fee waiver and lowering the credit card interest rate. Bank of America never helped me with anything even though i was a customer for 32 years. I was a private client for JP Morgan but they kicked me out for one deposit. US Bank is a company for ordinary person like me. They are not greedy as other bank and the staff is helping with right knowledge and attitude of how I can truly help you! This is my bank for rest of my life. They approved car loan for my tesla as well.

Dont get me wrong they are a fine banking institute but merchant services isnt their strong front. I would know, Im in the industry.

Our company banks here and we love Barbara she is a doll and one of our favorites . We are always pleased with the customer service here.. we are always in and out....great job keep up the good work...
