We have been getting billed from this company and sent products when we never ordered them. Now they refuse to allow us to return them when we never ordered them in the first place.

If you suddenly received an invoice from this scam company at your dental office by surprise, you got scammed. This shady scam company basically look up vulnerable dental offices online, send them random dental products without even needing to contact the dental offices, and then followed by sending the offices a big fat invoice to collect payment. Things you need to do: 1. Reporting this f... shameless company and leave it to BBB 2. Do not contact the company, because you never did. 3. Do not waste your precious time with them, you got better things to do. 3. Lastly, do not make any payment!

HORRIBLE company! Fraudulently sent product with an "invoice type" enclousre to make it look like we ordered it. NEVER heard of them and would never put an unsolicited product in a patient's mouth!!! THEN they say I have to spend MY time and energy to return it to them or they will bill our office!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB!!!! EDIT TO ADD: When you read their responses to complaints they try to make it sound like it is the office's fault for "not understanding" WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!

Definitely a scam company. I have called them more than 10 times and left voicemails. I have emailed them as well regarding some product that was never order and yet we are getting bill for. I have done the order in the office for over four years and have never placed an order from this place. There is no way for you to actually contact an actual live person, and they do not reply to emails or voicemails.

SCAM ALERT!!! We just received a box today from this company which had a sample of 3 tubes of TransTemp temporary cement. We never ordered this item or ever contacted the company before today. If you read the fine print on the enclosed order slip (which comes with an official looking order number and information on it so it looks like you actually placed a legitimate order with them, which we obviously did not) it says that you have 30 days to try it out and if you don't return it then they will charge you. How? They will have to call your busy front office and get a credit card number to charge you - that is how. I immediately called and spoke with Patricia asking her for a return label since I did not ask for this product and am not interested in using it or trying it out. Patricia said they have to send a return label by MAIL not via email (ridiculous, I know) and that it will take 3-4 business days. I told her if I don't receive the return label next week I will be calling her again. **This review is proof of the fact that I made contact with Dentta Co., Inc. and I am making a diligent attempt to return this unused product which I never ordered, and I am not paying for this scam product.
