        I spoke with a KAISER Medicare specialist yesterday on 9/11/23 NAMED Mariah. After being on the phone for a few hours getting hung up on, getting transfer to the wrong department, getting transferred to the wrong personal and so on. Mariah went out of her way and beyond to help me figure out my problem and tryed to get some sort of resolution. I loved that she had the patients to explain to me what was going on and didn't pass me on to the next personal. More people should be like Mariah.
