Although their name says urgent care it is NOT an urgent care. I went in hoping to be seen... they told me "I suggest you go to the emergency" or they said "there's another urgent care down Allen you can go to". And the doctor was not in...not sure why they are open if they are not going to operate like an urgent care facilityHad a semi deep cur, it was bleeding for 45 min and hadn't stopped (didn't need stitches). I walked in and told them.... They didn't even bother to look at it or see how deep it was.... They suggested the ER or the other Urgent care.

I went here and the doctor was great, very much cared about what was going on with me... however, there is a person on the staff, her name is Robin. I called to tell her something simple that the nurse had told me the day before yesterday and Robin turned around and gave me attitude! She's so rude and she kept interrupting me not even letting me tell her what I wanted to tell her! Urgent care you really need to talk to her about having more sympathy with patients that aren't doing so well! I'm giving urgent care a 4 and that's being generous because h would have given you guys a 3 but because of the actual nurses and doctors that care I'm eating you what I rated you

Doctor supposedly left 3 hours early. The front door stated the doctor was in and wasn't. Recommended a place that did Iv treatment and they misinformed me. Wasting my time and gas.Get your facts straight and learn how to provide proper medical assistance.

Showed up today (Thursday) at 3:15. Door locked, no answer. Called and got a recorded message. Remove this business.
