I rented a unit in Portola Valley through Terrell Slawson last year, and have to say that she was the most responsive, empathetic and professional property agent I've ever rented from. Terrell was very easy to get a hold of when we needed her, and worked right with us if we ever had a problem. When we needed to relocate, she worked wonders helping us. It almost felt like I was working with family.If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. It was a sincere pleasure to work with Terrell and Linwood -- an agent like that seems so rare, nowadays. Thank you for everything, Terrell!

I recently worked with (Terrell Slawson), and I was overly satisfied with the level of professionalism she brought to the table.  I work for a large Restoration Company by the name of SERVPRO and we service the Los Altos / Mountain View area.  She called me up and I assisted her with one of her many properties that she manages.  I was very happy to connect with Terrell and Linwood Property Management in general, because I like the way they do business.  From the initial contact, the duration, and finally the completion of the project, Terrell was on top of EVERYTHING from day one.  I not only look forward to doing more business with and for her, but would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone looking for a person who takes care of business and does what she says she is going to do.  Cant go wrong !!

I've worked with Linwood Realty (Terrell Slawson) for several years, first as my property manager when I rented my house for several years.  It was an excellent experience, and they handled everything for me while I was out of the area.  I then purchased a property with Terrell as my agent, and she did a great job.  There was no pressure at all on me to make a decision, and Terrell showed me a good variety of properties so I had a clear understanding of what was on the market.  Recently, I worked with Terrell to sell my house (that was previously rented).  We saw that the market heated up (Summer 2012), so we scrambled to get my house listed for sale within 10 days.  This took some amazing efforts by Terrell to pull this off, including scheduling painters, handymen, inspections, cleaners, stagers, and photographers.  She was working late until the night (often to midnight) to get all of the paperwork ready for my house to be listed.  Terrell was amazing when we discussed our pricing strategy, and later with our negotiations with the buyer.  All in all, it took less than six weeks from signing the listing contract to closing escrow on the sale, and we were able catch the window of hot sellers market.  If anything was delayed, I'm sure we would have missed the market window.  I couldn't be happier.
