Breakout Creative Company

I've been using Breakout Creative for the last 3 years for various team shirts. The first year, they did a good job, shirts looked good and the order was done on time. Last year, they did OK, shirts looked good but they were late with the delivery and we had to make special arrangements to get the shirts to the team the morning of the Tournament. Today, I picked up our order. The printing on the shirts is substandard and the order was 4 days late. This time there was no heads up that they were going to miss the deadline, there was no delivery accommodation, and there wasn't any discount given for the issues they caused. It's clear when talking to Breakout Creative that there is internal communication issues. They blame other departments, their sales staff, and their supplier for the missed deadline. Nobody takes responsibility for the problem. It's sad because I would rather use a local company, but this will be the last time I use Breakout Creative.

Very disappointed. Was contacted multiple times by the owner about getting shirts made. Came to an agreement on design and cost approved the order. Its been going on FOUR MONTHS with no sight of our order. Called multiple times and got the run around was told we would have shirts by new year. Its not almost the end of January and they wont answer or return calls. I very rarely write reviews but this is warranted. Beware of this business. We will be disputing the charge and going elsewhere.

I called these guys with a 24 hour turn around for 45 shirts. They were not only sympathetic to my situation but also went out of their way to provide a way to service my emergency need and turn around. Truly amazing!

I PURCHASED SOME PENS FOR MY BUSINESS FROM THIS PLACE MONTHS AGO. THEY WERE ACTUALLY THE ONES THAT REACHED OUT TO ME TO OFFER ME THEIR SERVICE. I REGRET PAYING MONEY FOR POOR QUALITY PENS THAT DON'T EVEN WANT TO WRITE WHEN I NEVER EVEN USED THEM. I AM NOT SATISFIED. THE HYPE THE SALES PERSON MADE ON THIS PENS IS JUST A JOKE. HALF OF THE PENS WORK AND SOMETIMES ON GOOD DAYS.
