Beware of dry cleaning service. They shrunk 8 of my St. John knit dresses in one visit. They owner simply said he couldn’t do anything for me. The employees tried to stretch and tug the dresses back into shape but they are ruined. No accountability unfortunately.

I had my linen suit pressed however It was not pressed properly and I was asked by the gentleman working the front counter to come back and allow them to fix it at which I complied and returned the following day.
Upon my return, the suit was not pressed properly and the owner informed me they did the best they could and if I don't like it to I go somewhere else. I was offended by her unprofessionalism and how she dismissed me without any attempt to resolve this issue.
I informed her that I paid for a service and that is all I would like. And again she stated if you don’t like it, go somewhere else.
So, I elected to take my business elsewhere and I would encourage other to consider this review as my experience and my hope is that this review brings awareness to the unprofessional business practices and how it can affect the bottom line.

I brought 3 clothing items to this business to be dry cleaned. I paid up front in good faith. When I picked up the items, ALL 3 Items were still not cleaned. I notified the Owner and showed it to him. He said they would re-due the cleaning after I insisted. Three days later I went back to pick up the items, this time only 1 item was cleaned. I again showed it to the owner. He said that he would not give me my money back or clean it. Their cleaning machine Does Not Work!!!
If you want to waste your Money and Time bring your clothing items to be cleaned here!
I would NOT recommend this business to anyone!

They always do a good job. They are are very nice people and will do their best to get your clothes to you next day if asked.
