        Sanborns service technicians are prompt and knowledgeable. The office staff keep me well informed as to who will be my technician (Isaias) and when to expect him. I accepted his well reasoned recommendation to preventively replace the condenser fan motor. I am very pleased with the service from Isaias.

        A/c & Heating both stopped working, called Sanborns who sent out technician Mark. Mark was very professional and answered our questions with great detail and explained step by step what he was doing. Very knowledgeable for a young man and great communication skills. Sanborns please invest in employees like this that care about the work they perform and represent your company with respect and professionalism.
