Greedy Owner! Never Go Back again! If I could, I would give a ZERO star. I like to support local businesses and I don't like writing any negative reviews to hurt local businesses. However, my recent experience at this shop upset me so much that I felt obligated to write my first yelp review to warn other shoppers. My son needed school uniforms and at first, I was happy to find this store. Their price for school uniforms was reasonable. I purchased about $170 of school uniforms (shirts, shorts, jacket). After washing all uniforms, I noticed three shirts were damaged. There were noticeable faded folding lines on the front of the three shirts. They were not wearable. I went back to the store within 48 hours of my purchase accompanying the receipt and the original tags, and requested for an even exchange for the same shirts. The store refused the exchange because their policy of "Washed or Worn Items Will Not Be Exchangeable". I insisted on the exchange because it was not my fault the shirts were defective and they were not even worn once. They insisted that no exchange was possible because the shirts had been washed and that "it was my fault!" for not checking closely before washing them. They also suggested that I should dispute the exchange directly with the manufacturer whom supplied the store with the defective shirts. They obviously did not care about losing a customer for three shirts ($30). I tried being patient with the store manager but she kept arguing and blaming me for their clothing mishap. I was upset about their unreasonable customer services and ignoring the consumers' rights. I don't think it is right for customers to return used/worn/washed items; however, I believe consumers' rights should be protected if the store sells defective items and refuses to take them back within a reasonable amount of time (and in this case was just two days after purchase). I highly recommend everyone to go somewhere else for your uniform needs where your business will be appreciated.
