Came home to water leaking out of my ceiling. I called nine plumbers around my area only to get voicemails every time. I finally came across RPS and left a message and then text Mark. He responded within minutes and walked me through what to do. Considering it was late in the day, he made an early morning appointment for the next day, at my request. Mark showed up bright and early, worked hard to find the source of our leak, made the repair and you wouldn't even know he was here! Mark is clean, organized and knows what he is doing. Requested a quote to move a gas line for new stove installation. Mark showed up the same afternoon, moved the line and patched the wall on the spot. Charge matched or was lower than other quotes I had solicited. Thankyou, Mark. You made my day!
