The Landing at Riverlake Apartments

The management here is terrible- RUN! There is no staff on this site that stay long- and the demands from management for petty small bills are too numerous to justify the paper that it is written on. They will spend more time billing you for small items than actually managing or repairing or maintaining anything.

Prepare to get nickle and dimed to death by the hidden fees this place has. They say one thing then put another in the contract. They said they needed a $100 HOLDING DEPOSIT on top of the $95 we paid up front in APPLICATION FEES to finish processing our application so we gave them another $100. Then they needed us to sign a HOLDING AGREEMENT. Agreement states if you decide against moving in after they hold the property, you have to pay 1/30 of the LIST PRICE EACH DAY the property is off the market if you decide not to move in. My girlfriend and I weren't about to agree to those terms. They failed to process the applications that we spent $95 on and they still have our $100 HOLDING DEPOSIT. If something similar has happened to you here please contact me, I am planning on suing on the grounds of common-law fraud.
