Called for an estimate on mobile detailing services. I had a few pretty specific needs / wants  for the vehicles being serviced. I immediately noticed the professionalism during the phone call. Jay was very patient with explaining what each service package includes. We went over the pricing and I added a few additional services. After the initial phone call, Jay emailed a detailed invoice estimate. On the day of service (Tuesday), Jay arrived between his stated scheduled time usually in an hour window.  He wore a mask and went over each vehicle briefly again in person. He takes inventory of markings, rips, etc of the car's upholstery and (if requested) will provide a copy to the customer. LISTEN- Jay's prices AND attention to detail (we are talking about DETAILING a car) were PHENOMENAL when compared to other establishments. Jay took his time on all THREE of the vehicles serviced. Opulent mobile Detailing is A MUST TRY! A few examples of this impeccable service: I purchased a commuter vehicle and the previous owner was likely a cigarette smoker as the car had a smell typical car fresheners could not even touch. Jay explained the service needed (including cleaning the carpet and headliner of the vehicle, with a odor eliminator). Another vehicle had pet hair (if you know, you know) and ALL the vehicles received a Leather treatment and conditioning.  The leather was sparkling in the sunlight and each car smelled great, and literally looked like a new vehicle! Jay even threw in a complimentary service of washing and polishing the rims and tires of EACH car. Wow! WOW! Wow! Really, do yourself a favor and book Opulent Mobile Detailing services NOW!
