I came on 4/19 and the manager at this location did not let me return my items even though I have my receipt confirmation. They normally accept my return as long I have my email receipt but today, this manager did not allow me. She was rude and degrading. Please be consistent with your return policy. Do not pick and choose who you allow to get their items returned. I am a VIP holder and spend thousands of dollars in their clothing (Im sure they dont care) but that changes because of how your manager in this location handle their customer.

End of the season so, it was my fault I couldn't find the right sizes. As usual the customer service is nice and the store very clean and organized. When I went to pay for my merchandise, I got the surprise that it was on sale . Not a great sale but a discount is a discount

Was there a few days ago and had the best customer service from the short girl with brown hair and that day she was wearing orangeish redish eyeshadow! Didnt get her name unfortunately but she was so sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to really help me and it was so appreciated. She deserves a raise! (:
