Overall, I've been happy with the hands off approach of the management driving annual communication and providing online payment services for HOA fees in lieu of sending in monthly checks with payment vouchers. The HOA fees are very really reasonable in this community though and they have been so for many years. But on several occasions this year I was wholeheartedly disappointed with management and their lack of sincere effort in communication regarding certain projects, specially the Natomas Park Club Lap swim pool "resurfacing" project. A specific or even semi-approximate due date was never given for the project and it was delayed on multiple occasions. I even reached out to the manager on the Natomas Community LinkedIn page, but they never made an effort to get back to me. Eventually the pool re-opened but I never found out why the project got delayed or what they were actually fixing.

We went into the office and Laqueata was very nice and helpful. She was very professional and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions regarding submitting an application for our project. We were a bit confused going in there but she made our process a lot easier. Thank you Laqueata
