I only gave one star because I had to. I stayed here 11/19/21. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking and staying here. Hard lesson learned because I am now having an allergic reaction to bed bugs, which were from the hotel. Not only am I in pain, I am seriously grossed out. I have attempted to reach management but have not received a reply. After reading the reviews it is obvious that this hotel is negligent in the fact that they were/are aware of the bed bug infestation and have not handled it. They are required to provide safe and sanitary rooms to guest and they have failed miserably and I will be doing the necessary footwork to ensure they are held accountable. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel is unacceptable. The front office staff are under complete stress dealing with unhappy customers pertaining to room problems demanding refunds and their deposits back. Certain staff just don't care anymore and other staff can't maintain a good demeanor demonstrating frequent darogatory outbursts to customers. Also, some staff intentionally switch the phone off which discounts the calls so they don't have to answer and be bothered It's hard to blame them when the managers themselves don't care either. They don't return calls, don't give discounts or refunds from major issues and purposely hold on to deposits for an extended amount of time. The managers are probably a reflection of the owner(s) too. Many street-minded people frequent the hotel, drug exchanges and working girls. There are nice security on premises that are proactive to any problems. I already left a previous comment on all the problems I noticed. Just to mention a few here: Some rooms don't have phones, night stand lights, working tvs. Some tubs have dozens of holes puttyed. Room 108 doesn't have a bath tub- disabled access ok.

Very uncomfortable and a terrible experience during my stay..Front desk staff was very rude and my entire stay my neighbors were noisy and security and the front desk did nothing about it..Bed was broken with half of it laying on the floor,refrigerator was broken,front door was kicked in and not fixed and the elevator didn't work..The bathroom had blood and other stains on the wall and overall it was a horrible experience all together..Would never recommend this establishment to any relatives or friends..I now understand why it's so inexpensive and truly was the worst hotel I've stayed in,pick somewhere else to stay..How dare they have suites attached to there name..It's definitely worth spending a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else..
