If you want a toy hauler save yourself sometime and shop here first. Then go anywhere else and when they start to "play with you" then come back and get dealt with straight.

Got a good deal on a Toyhauler, Scheduled a service date to have the Thermostat replace, Outdoor speakers stopped working, and a few other things. No big deal. Called them to let them know I was on my way to drop it off and they said they had no room for it and that they would call me back. They said the Rocklin Store was shut down. So maybe they moved that inventory to Sacramento. I don't know, I do know I took the day off to deliver it and this sucks. Should have been given a call well in advance of what every problem they are having with service. If I ever get it service (under warranty), I put in another review of them fixing the problems. Note: I made my appointment over a month in advance. Got a call back and they don't have a Service Department anymore. Said warranty work goes to the closest Camping World. But they don't have a solution for Genesis Supreme Trailers. Apparently if you buy a trailer there, you better hope it doesn't have problems. So instead of fixing their service department, they just got rid of it. And they have no solution for there best selling Genesis Supreme trailers. Got a 2 year warranty on my 2016 trailer that no one will service.
