The service from this company is the worst they got paid to do the repairs and tree visits later they did nothing and now they damaged my coach. the general manager JR promised me it will be taken care of. i just picked it up and again nothing was done but again got paid i will be filing a report with the better business bureau and with Tiffen who paid them to do the job but got taken advantage. they get oooooooooooooooo score

We just had a great experience purchasing our new GD Reflection 295rl Fifth Wheel trailer from Happy Daze in Sacramento. Keith spent over an hour with us last October talking about the products and answering our questions with no pressure to purchase. We spent the last few months researching ourselves and when we were ready to purchase, we knew who we wanted to deal with. He was very fair with us and we ended up getting just what we wanted without having to argue for days on end. Also, our experience with Jerry in Finance, was another no pressure situation. The whole experience was a delight.

$8,400 damage to our coach while in their care and they refused to take responsibility for cost of repair. They accepted our coach for repair even though they knew there was no way they would get the coach back on time. Finally, after 3 months, we executed an emergency extraction of our coach before more damage was done to it. So beware, if while on their lot your tires get sliced, coach gets spray painted with graffiti, broken windows, parts stolen, coach takes a stray bullet, or you have to cancelled travel plans, it will be your tough luck. They are happy to provide an estimate that you have to pay. Apparently, it is in the Happy Daze culture and DNA to provide lousy customer support. They have a well-earned 1-star rating with six complaints in 2-years and two in the past 12 months with the Sacramento Better Business Bureau, and 75 1-star Yelp reviews for a good reason. If you chose to ignore these many warning signs, put on a bullet proof vest, hard hat, and start documenting your own 1-star review.
