Recently while visiting San Diego my 2003 Ford F350 6.0 liter diesel truck developed a leaking water pump. I made a phone call to co-worker who lived in San Diego and was directed to Snappy Auto Service. Once I made the phone call to Snappy and talked to Les arrangements were made to bring the truck in the next morning. Les had his mechanic immediately go to work on the truck and diagnosed what I had thought was the issue. The leaking water pump was then pulled and replaced to my satisfaction. Les used genuine replacement parts on my Ford and the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time while I waited. I would highly recommend Les and his crew at Snappy Auto Service. They were more than helpful, capable and efficient in their abilities. Keep up the great work guys and thanks again for your help.
