Came here once to have maintenance done on my mountain bike and bought a new bike for the city. The owner is super nice and clearly cares about every costumer. No matter if it is tiny repair or buying a new bike. I'll get all my bike related issues done at this place now!

I traveled from Calgary, Canada to ride Levi's Gran Fondo. After a minor mishap not far from the shop, I was left desperately searching for a (apparently very unique) derailleur hanger the day before the ride. Although they did not have a replacement, they went above and beyond typical customer service to help me asses the damage and source one from another shop in the bay area and get me back on the road. This type of exceptional customer service, despite no monetary gains to him or the shop, reflects the attitude that makes me proud to be part of the cycling community. Thank you!!

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Zoe, the shop owners' english bulldog is very cute and extremely friendly. The owners also display local artists work on one of their walls which in my opinion sets them apart from other bike shops around town.
