The technician was late. I found out after 2 calls to the company. I asked for $1100 for changing 4 hinges to Bosch dual oven for doors not totally closing, 2 minutes spent for the $70 fee, and went his way.

Victor was great! Was able to schedule me for the next day (probably would’ve done same day if it were an emergency, but it wasn’t). Called me when he was on the way, and arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Took care of my problem in record time. Will definitely call him again for any appliance repair needs!

I needed my refrigerator repaired and I was happy that I was able to get same day service, and that the part that was needed was in the truck, so I didn't have to wait for them to order a part and come back. The technician, Victor, was very polite and worked expeditiously. I was given the exact cost of the repair upon diagnosis. Barring anything going seriously wrong with the repair and their response to any such problem, I would definitely use them again if I needed to.
