Pacific Postal Credit Union

This credit union was good 20 years ago, but they have recently turned to garbage. It takes forever to get someone on the phone, and then when you do they don't help you. They also don't call you back even when a live person promises to call you back. Also, they built a new app months ago and it still doesn't work right. Seriously considering other credit unions

I wanted to leave a review for the manager of this branch John Lumbard. He helped my husband and I refinance our car loan. I must say what a blessing it was to meet this gentleman, he was the most patient man ever. He was so helpful in every aspect. This loan was quite complicated and we were on a time crunch. He went over and out of his way to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction and was done in time to help us. Best customer service ever. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Once again thanks John.

The ladies are always a great help for whatever I need. I have been using this bank since I could walk and they treat me like family. Thanks for all your hard work ladies!
