Last year, my husband and I were in escrow to buy land with 30 days contingencies. We needed a geotechnical report done, and when I asked around, majority of the engineering firms either cannot do it in such a limited time (had a timeline of 2-3 months), cannot take in new cases, or just did not respond at all. American Soil Testing and Engineering replied to our inquiry very quickly. We were able to sign a contract and start the soil investigation soon after. Bruce said that their lab is "in house" that's why their timeline for the report was more appropriate to our needs. Bruce was very informative, efficient, and communicated effectively regarding the progress of the report. He stated that we might have to get a week extension on our contingency, but he went above and beyond and got the report done without us getting an extension. He truly is amazing! He provided an in-depth investigation on the land and a well executed report. I cannot express my gratitude enough with everything this company has done for us. Thank you for making a stressful situation seem like a breeze, and made us feel well taken care of.
