        Can't quite give this 5 stars as there is something missing from this place, but it is clean, comfortable and well priced for Santa Monica. It's also very convenient for 3rd street.

        what a great find in Santa Monica - wonderful European building, tucked away in a quite part of town but just two blocks from the main 3rd street shopping district. Prices were reasonable - huge rooms. why only 4? - hard to find parking around (they give you a sticker for the street but hard to find street parking) - I planned to leave a day earlier - they wouldn't give me any refund on the last night - no wireless in rooms, lobby only
