Union Yoga

I was in the market for a locally sourced mat and found Union Yoga. UY went the extra mile and I feel so happy with the whole experience. I also feel good about UY caring about using quality products. Thank you UY!

I was a New York transplant in Monterey seeking a yoga studio to call home. I craved a physically uplifting practice as well as a deepening of my spiritual being. I found that and so much more at Union Yoga. I found inclusion, friendship, vulnerability, authenticy, passion and compassion. Kelli - the owner - holds so much love and grace for her teachers and students that you feel your cup runneth over.

I took a class with Kelli recently and it was amazing. It had been a while since I had taken a yoga class, but I felt welcomed when I arrived and the studio space is really nice. Kelli was great at helping everyone at whatever level they were at. I enjoyed the class, and at the end during the meditation, I loved the cold, scented towel that was provided. I will definitely return to Union Yoga for another class.
