Shaver Lake Power Center

Worst experience. Yes the staff is kind but did not accommodate any issues. I did a full day pontoon rental, 9-5. Around 1:30 the boat abruptly shut off & would not start back up. I phoned the staff & they mentioned that they had been having issues with that specific boat for the past few days, they also mentioned that there was another broken down vessel on the lake as well & that theyd send someone out after they tend to that boat first (somewhat understandable) Nobody ever came due to their shortage of jet skis. They eventually (through face time) instructed us to manipulate a pump in order to get the boat running. We made it back to the dock after 3 more rounds and 3 more hours of the boat shutting off & us messing with the motor. Wasted 3 hours of rental time being mechanics trying to get a broken boat back to shore. Theyve done nothing to accommodate. I HIGHLY recommend you do not rent from this place unless You want to be stranded for a few hours out of your trip.
