I had moved into a larger room which was much easier than the smaller one as I had my son(17) and kitties. Staff was absolutely amazing,rooms could be a little cleaner, fixed up. Overall this is a lovely place.. Thank you..

DON’T STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! We had one of the worst experiences ever here!! First off, we immediately noticed that this place looked filthy and unsanitary. There was pubic hair and stains on the towels and the blankets and pillow cases did not smell clean. It was like they didn’t even wash them after the last guest used them. Also, the TV didn’t work. We notified them of this issue and they offered to switch us to another room but that room smelled strongly of urine so we decided to keep our original room. Then, we noticed that the WiFi didn’t work. We called the office multiple times about this issue on both days we stayed here and every time the staff lied and made up an excuse as to why the WiFi wasn’t working. They didn’t offer to try to fix the WiFi. So we didn’t have TV or WiFi the whole time we stayed here even though they advertise on their website that they have free WiFi. Also, the walls are paper thin and you can here EVERYTHING going on outside and the rooms next door. Also, our room was right next to the laundry room so we would hear the laundry machines at 12:00 at night and they were LOUD. We couldn’t get any sleep. Take your money elsewhere and stay at another hotel!
