        I rented a car while we were visiting California over the Christmas holidays. The car was clean and staff were helpful. One problem.. they couldn't get me the car I booked and I wasn't happy about the car I got.

        Initial customer service was great but communication was majorly lacking for drop off charges and the way the payments worked. They tell you one thing and then when you drop off the car its another story and the guy was really rude. No attempt to clarify, all I got was if you want to wait and argue with the guy you were talking to when you came in, you can do that, but I gotta get back to work way to treat your clients.
