        I was so lucky to have "The general" call me to schedule my annual plumbing inspection. It led to the discovery of an ongoing water infiltration problem--The General responded by immediately sending out a field tech supervisor (Alex), who came AFTER-HOURS to diagnose the water infiltration's origin and assist us in taking the requisite steps to repair (and pay for) the damage by accessing HOA resources, homeowners' insurance, and restoration and emergency clean-up services.
