Most of the doctors and nurses are excellent; with few exceptions the upfront reception staff are inadequately trained, abusive, and violate patient rights and need to be reigned in by calls to upper management; As far as admin staff it is 50/50. Some are helpful, others are combative and unhelpful, and downright abusive. Very high turnover. Competent practitioners who care about patients stay less than a year. This place ought to be shut down by the AMA, as it violates all standards.

The Red headed woman receptionist is evil. She does all she can to get under the patients skin before seeing the Dr. We don't have to answer questions about emergency contacts every time we come in nor do we have to say out loud that private info. She violates HIPPA by demanding that. I literally hate her and wish her nothing but the worst. Just a miserable human and I can tell the Dr who hired her is oblivious to how upset that woman makes her patients. I've seen people complain about the red head now 2x while I was waiting to be seen. She's horrible!

One thing I don't like doing is leaving bad reviews but it has to be addressed because when you know better you do better the staff was rude the doctor was rude did the bare minimum they don't accommodate people with disabilities so I switched my medical care to an hour and a half away because I will drive the miles for better healthcare it's really sad because not too many healthcare places up here in 29 so they give you the bottom of the barrel care I guess it doesn't matter because they get paid anyway it's very sad that this is what the healthcare system has come to best wishes and hopefully the clinic can be improved #exhausted

They havent taken down their old office from google maps. I went to the old one. Had to ask around to figure out where the new ones was. Then they were helping someone before me in line. Then they said I was too late for my appointment and I had to rescheduled a month out. I was 13 minutes late at this point. All I needed was a referral. Ive never had an issue here before but show some compassion. YOU NEED TO TAKE THE OLD OFFICE OFF GOOGLE
