        Ive rented storage spaces from Select Storage on two occasions, years apart. Both times the employees were professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!!

        Not for me. The units are so great! No complaints there. but Once new management came in they changed the codes without telling anyone and then made you feel dumb when you get locked out. New management also kept asking for a copy of my ID even though we had done that already. Sending copies of your ID to people over and over again is how fraud gets started. Not for me. After 3 years of amazing business we had to pull the plug immediately. We wish the business well. People will always need to store their things so Im sure business will thrive. But what we experienced was bad business and not for us.

        The gate has been down and no customers were notified. I tried to get into my storage unit (at 7pm, solicited hours state until 9pm) and called the listed number. The worker told me that the gate can only be opened in the office. I understand, things happen, but how about notify paying customers? It's crazy to think that people can make plans if they know the problems of the facility. Would recommend this facility to people I don't like to inconvenience them only.

      Hi Sam, We appreciate your business over the years. We have looked into your account. It appears you accidentally miskeyed your gate code. While we have recently upgraded our gate software, this property improvement did not affect current gate codes for our tenants. We can not find record of multiple requests for an ID, and this does not align with the process we have set for our team. We would appreciate a further understanding of this situation so we can better address it with our team.
