Quality customer service, good security (like the branch in Tarzana off Ventura Blvd - they have primary detectors doors upon entering) and overall an easy in and out... Even when busy this location keeps it moving. The parking lot is a little funky and narrow, but there is also an abundance of street parking nearby. They're still temporarily closed, but hoping they'll reopen in the coming weeks/months.

The google ad indicates that they are open Saturdays until 1pm... and yet at 12:30pm today (Saturday) they are closed.... and the hours on the door dont even indicate Saturday hours. Ugh. I hate wasting time.

I loved the fact that there open 7 days a week. Been banking with them for many years but this last go round a company took $390.46 out of my account and U.S bank let them an I disputed the charge the bank gave them the money and had me overdrawn for the first time. I called them to dispute again the rep said he was resubmitting the claim called them to see the status umm he never did. I have decided to go back to Wells Fargo I have never had an issue with them. Banks are to protect their customers and sadly U.S Bank doesn't!

This is one of the smaller US banks that I have been to. The parking lot is very small but you can also park on the street. They had a to tellers but that's not a very busy branch. They were very nice and I don't have any complaints about the branch itself.
