The Source H2O

We have both reverse osmosis and water softening systems from The Source H20. They were already in our house when we purchased it so this was my first experience with them. Seth was amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He will explain how the system works and will give you options for future upgrades, without being salesy. This company is incredible. I love my system. I never knew tap water could be this good. Seth installed the system, and I cannot say enough good about him and his install. Request him if you can.

After all the hassle I went through with this company if I could give them 0 stars I would. They seem amazing but their finance company Aqua Finance is horrible. They clearly dont care about their clients if they are having them sign contracts with a finance company that only has 2 stars. They also promise no interest for a certain amount of days and in the end aqua finance still charges you interest. I would absolutely not use this company if you are going to be doing any financing. They set you up with a credit union called Aqua Finance for your loan. They say you get no interest for the first amount of days etc. However they dont tell you how horrible Aqua Finance is. Aqua finance up charges every single month. When you try and pay off the loan they charge you an additional $25 dollars and then hold your check for weeks to get you charged additional interest. If I would have known how horrible their lending company was I would never have purchased through them. My advice is to look elsewhere. Also look up Aqua Finances reviews.
