They charge extra fees without explanation and give zero cares about the tenants. Only want rent money. My husband and I have a leak that's been going on now for a few days and it's getting worse and maintence still hasn't shown up to see what is leaking ad they are not trying to fix it. Now causing water damage to our bathroom floor and wall in-between our bathroom and furnace. We have gone through every single towel to soak up the water and every towel becomes soaked in less than 30 minutes. I am supremely upset and disappointed as we pay such a high amount to live here and issues get looked over and the new management is horrible. They charge $45 to pay online and barely have anyone in the leasing office. They cancel your maintence orders seeming as of they don't see it necessary. We had to put in a maintence request for our shower faucet four times before they actually accepted it and sent someone to check it out. But still have yet to have it repaired and now the leak is going unviewed. Maintence called my husband and said they'd be here today at 11 and here it is almost 2pm and no maintence and the leaking has only gotten worse. DONT MOVE IN HERE it's a waste of money and time. If I could give zero stars I certainly would. This place is horrible. Only good part is that mIntence is generally super kind.

Living in my actual apartment has been great. Maintenance is so friendly and always gets the job done. Neighbors dont pick up after their dogs. The biggest problem for me - my roommate and I live in cigarette smoke on the daily from our neighbors and even though you sign a "No Smoking" policy while you sign your lease. It doesn't mean anything since it's only discouraged. It is so bad my roommate and I are embarrassed to even have people over. It's unfortunate because we do everything we can on our end for a tidy space. We continue to have horribe headaches on the daily. So again, it's an alright apartment but don't really expect the property managers to help you with anything, even if it's your health.

These people do not care about their temants. Serious maintenance issues go ignored. I've been without AC for weeks and get nothing but the run around. Property infested with rats. There is a mummified dead rat in front of my building that has been there for a month. This place is a slum.
