We left for a week and paid for parking. During our trip we got a call from a Denver police officer saying our car had been broken into. The police officer tried to get footage from the hotel and they said they were not able to get any because their cameras did not cover the parking lot. We had to get a tow truck to pick our vehicle up and taken into a different location because we were afraid our vehicle was going to get stolen. While we were away we tried to get a hold of the hotel for 3 hours to let them know a tow truck would be there to move our vehicle. This is not a safe location and if it were not for the police officer our vehicle would have been stolen. Honestly book somewhere else. I dont feel safe going back to this hotel and out vehicle had damages.

**Review: Disappointing Stay with a Silver Lining** My recent stay at Ramada left much to be desired. The building, seemingly stuck in the 50s, exuded an outdated charm that extended to its amenities. The elevators were painfully slow, reminiscent of a bygone era, and desperately in need of modernization. The hot tub, touted as a relaxing retreat, proved to be a disappointment, barely functional and hardly worth the effort of getting in. The beds were comfortable, but the TVs were relics from another era, lacking the crisp clarity of modern screens. The biggest letdown, however, was the coffee situation. A throwback to old-fashioned methods, the coffee maker required manual effort, a stark contrast to the convenience of a Keurig. The result? Lackluster coffee that left much to be desired. Despite these shortcomings, there was a silver lining to my stay. The diner conveniently located within walking distance, just across from the hotel, was a true gem. Its delightful offerings made up for the hotel's shortcomings, and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. In conclusion, while my experience at Ramada was less than stellar, the nearby diner provided a much-needed reprieve, showcasing that sometimes the best parts of a trip are found beyond the hotel walls.

We stayed there on 3/3/2024. We were at the airport and waited over an hour for a shuttle. It never came. We finally ordered an Uber. We got there and there was no one to check us in. We waited 15 to 20 minutes for someone to check us in. The room was ok. We went to check out and the young woman wouldnt give us a receipt but was supposed to email it to my husband. It never came. After 2 days and many calls they do not answer their phone so we still dont have the receipt for our stay. We definitely would not recommend the hotel and definitely wont stay there again. Also after contacting Wyndham customer care, they cant help either. No one could contact them and my husband was given an email to the manager and got no response there either. We also got an email that comes back undeliverable.
