Really great customer service at front desk. Very polite and friendly. Room was very nice. This will be our new goto hotel when we stay in Denver.

My recent stay at the Rally Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for the staff. Despite my husband checking in a day earlier and arranging for me to join him the following day, the reception had no record of his stay or my impending arrival. In the midst of a fierce snowstorm after a grueling 10-hour journey, their unwillingness to help was particularly distressing.
They repeatedly questioned whether I was at the correct hotel, despite my insistence and confirmation. As my husband was at a work conference and could not call me back until an hour later from my arrival, they begrudgingly reviewed his confirmation details, only to tell us that the reservation was for one night. It took the intervention of another staff member to uncover their error: in adding my name to the reservation, they inexplicably removed my husband's, so the room ended up under ME and not him. Yet, I gave the staff my name and they didn't even do the courtesy of check for that.
Even with this revelation, their lack of accountability persisted. Two days later, we discovered additional charges to our personal credit card for nights that his work already paid for. Despite clear evidence to the contrary, the staff initially denied any knowledge of the overcharge. It took multiple calls and persistence to rectify the situation, which turned out when they added my name, they created a whole new record altogether.
Throughout this ordeal, the Rally Hotel staff displayed a remarkable unwillingness to acknowledge their mistakes or take responsibility. Their excuses and deflections only added to our frustration and disappointment. Needless to say, I will never set foot in the Rally Hotel again, and my husband has already advised his workplace to steer clear. Save yourself the headache and choose accommodations elsewhere
